sukoshi (a little)
My guess is that this is a misunderstood sukoshi, which means something like "a little", "a small quantity". In Hiragana, it is written すこし and in Kanji, it is written 少し.

Passing of time
Impossible to tell without context, but this might not necessarily be a misspelling of "sukoshi". It could actually be "sugoshi", as in jikansugoshi (時間過ごし), which would be "passage of time". For example, "Jikansugoshi ga hayai" (時間過ごしが早い)would be "the time passes quickly".
