I can't find 'wired-pin puller' on google. I've got two hits for 'wire pin-puller', although it doesn't sound like a tool.

On the other hand a "draadpenstekker" is a wired-pin socket.

Could be wire pin-puller - it is a tool or mechanisam as far as I can see, and would be appropriate in military context
