I would describe it as a "double-voussior arch", but zero Google hits makes me think that there may be a better solution.

Thanks.

double arch
Explanation:
I appreciate the picture and the explanation.

Here's another:
- El que posee por su exterior otra hilera de dovelas que lo perfila

and another:

arco doblado El que lleva sotopuesta una segunda rosca concéntrica y de menor grosor.
http://www.cnice.mecd.es/eos/MaterialesEducativos/bachillera...

By doing a quick search, it seems that these double arches can be all sorts of different types, medio punto, apuntado, etc. and here:

La puerta es de arco doblado, inferior en mitra y superior de medio punto, con tosco dovelaje de lajas de piedra.
http://www.castillosnet.org/logrono/LO-CAS-503.shtml

Two different kinds of arches altogether. Therefore, I think that just saying "double arch" will suffice.

Here's a definition:
ROLL MOULDING
Convex moulding of a semi circular or greater section. If applied to the soffit of an arch, it is called soffit roll, if to the face of an arch, it is called face roll. ***Composite roll mouldings are termed double or triple if the rolls are contiguous: or paired if they are separated by another feature.****
