Eines ist allen Produkten von XYZ gemeinsam: sie sorgen für Bewegung und Zusammenhalt. Ob Transport von Menschen und Gütern von A nach B oder Befestigung und Sicherung von Menschen und Gütern am gewünschten Ort - die Seile, Bänder und Garne von XYZ sorgen für Bewegung und Zusammenhalt.
Aber Bewegung und Zusammenhalt sind auch in anderem Sinne fester Bestandteil der Kultur unseres Hauses. Rasche Reaktion auf Kundenbedürfnisse, kontinuierliche Innovation und Verbesserung sowie die Unterstützung internationaler Kunden auf allen Kontinenten sind Beispiel der Bewegung, die uns auszeichnet.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden, die Nutzung der Querverbindung aus den drei Technologien sowie Verbindung des Familienunternehmens mit seinen Mitarbeitern sind Ausdruck unseres Zusammenhalts.
In Summe ergibt sich unsere Mission:

Momentan verwende ich "coherence" ("mobility" für Bewegung), es gefällt mir aber nicht wirklich!

A suggestion for dealing with the two terms together, given that they occur together more than once in what appears to be a marketing context (Asker: could you perhaps edit your question to show a category other than "other"?).

cohesion suggests 'compactness' and 'clinging together' which is not the intended meaning in this case (I think)
Discussion
All products made by XYZ have one thing in common: they epitomize motion and togetherness. Whether in transporting persons and goods from A to B or in fastening and securing persons and goods at the desired location - ropes, ribbons, and yarns made by XYZ epitomize motion and togetherness.
But motion and togetherness are a fixed component of our company�s culture in yet another respect. Quick response to our customers� needs, continuous innovation and improvement, and support of international customers on all continents are yet other examples of the motion we stand for.
The close cooperation with our customers, capitalizing on synergies between the three technology segments, as well as the humane relationship of the family enterprise with its staff are all a clear expression of our togetherness.
