This is still my text referring to printers, settings etc. It is just like bullet points lists so I have no better context, sorry (Mannesmann Tally device). Is alignment meant with "einstellen" here?

I'm doing a translation where "tab" translates as Nase, so it might as well work the other way around. Maybe it suits your needs.

I would assume that "einstellen auf" means "align with" or "set to be aligned with" in this case.
