English term

soft bounce

English to Norwegian Tech/Engineering Internet, e-Commerce
Finnes det et godt norsk uttrykk for de engelske "soft bounce" og "hard bounce"? Jeg har fått et par engelske forklaringer på hva som menes:

These refer to e-mail messages that are returned undelivered for some reason. Hard bounces are because the e-mail address is incorrect or no longer exists while soft bounces are caused by the addressee's mailbox being full, the server is down or other similar reason that can be corrected later.

It would be easy to think of soft bounces as indications of temporary conditions and hard bounces as indications of permanent conditions, but it's not that straightforward. In fact, different ISPs handle bounces in different ways. For example:
o One ISP may use Internet standard codes and reasons to explain why a message bounced; another may write its own explanations; another may not provide much explanation at all.
o One ISP may treat a full mailbox as a hard bounce, though most would classify it as a soft bounce.
o One ISP may classify all bounces as hard, regardless of the reason; another may not classify bounces as hard or soft at all.

Har noen gode ideer til hvordan dette kan løses?

Såvidt jeg vet finnes det ikke noen norske uttrykk for dette (jobber i IT selv), men det burde jo vært det.

Her er mitt forslag.
