: probably this, can't find much to back my answer-and this is NOT my field./for me legal is solid ground but financial is an accident waiting to happen. I regularly turn down such docs. wouldn't even contemplate accepting them. ;-)

keep acte de base (basisakte in Belgian Dutch). I am anything but a financial translator, but in Belgium, an acte de base has a specific meaning. I know it from real estate but I can imagine they may mean the same here. I recommend you keep 'acte de base' and give an English explanation in ( ).
