German term

Knowhow-Träger

German to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Also from a section describing the responsibilities of each member of the management team:

"Er ist *Knowhow-Träger* der Technologien und Prozesse."

The meaning is obvious, but has anybody got any good suggestions for a suitable English term?

TIA again for your suggestions.
