A Hpt. szabályozza az OBÁ-t, ott használják azt a kifejezést. A nálam lévő változatban ilyeténképpen, pl.: "The Fund shall pay the person entitled to the indemnity the capital and interests of frozen deposits up to an amount of maximum 1 million Forints by persons and credit institutions." /(101 (1))
Sajnos, nem on-line változatban találom, csak itt a gépemen.

"Frozen deposit: a deposit for which the credit institution is unable to make payments within five business days of the due dates stipulated by law or as contracted"
