: Your choice is correct. It sounds awkward because it's two Registries in one: It's both a Companies Registry and Movables Registry.

: It's not the official English name, it's a poor double translation, because the original name is taken from the Portuguese "Conservatória dos Registos Comercial e de Bens Movéis", which translates into Commercial and Movable Assets Registry Office
