I'm looking for the translation of the Dutch word, leefgroep, into English. It makes part of a rehabilitation center's jargon. Patients who are admitted in a rehab center are subdivided in groups in accordance to their injuries. Such a group is called a 'leefgroep'. 'Leefgroep also refers to the common area used by the patients. It usually has a living room and a kitchen.

: afaik, assisted living refers to elderly care speak for older people who can't manage anymore completely on their own-they live in their own rooms, but also have care when needed.
