personnellement je n'ai pas entendu parler de personnel de transfert (pilotes ou autres) et une rechercher google n'a rien donné.
pour le transfert? mais c'est assez inutile, puisqu'on ne fournit pas d'avion avec des pilotes ou hotesses pour la décoration.

I've never heard of this in my life. It doesn't make sense.
équipage = crew (of some sort)
de transfert = transporation = flight crew?
This could be the crew playing a vital role getting people from point A to point B by air
Just "flight crew" perhaps?
