: malfeasance inseamna "infractiune" pur si simplu aici e de tradus "infractiune DE SERVICIU"/ da numai ca atunci "malfeasance" se transforma in offence si raspunsul in cel al Silviei :):) ( malfeasance e GENERAL nu e bun pt infractiuni specifice)

Atunci s-ar putea traduce "malfeasance while on duty/while performing one's duties" sau ramane sa-l convingeti foarte insistent pe autorul intrebarii ca aveti dreptate . Sunt foarte OK si variantele dvs., dar autorul intrebarii e cel care alege.

Mulţumesc. Întradevăr este vorba de "luarea" şi "darea de mită" care sunt infracţiuni săvârşite de către un funcţionar în exercitarea atribuţiilor de serviciu.

Mulţumesc, eu am folosit termenul generic de "crimes" care include şi "offences".
