Se pare ca persoana contesta un act de succesiune. Din cauza asta, am sugerat varianta asta, dar tu ai dovedit ca termenul este utilizat. So you get an "agree".

acuma inteleg ca textul tau vrea sa spuna ca exista un act care atesta faptul ca s-a acceptat succesiunea: dupa cum vezi ea se cam accepta tacit :) DAR " acceptance" aici merge ca " I declare I have not (formally) accepted the succession neither by tacit agreement nor by (other means) aici pune ce alte mijloace de exprimare mai listeaza
