Da quello che ho trovato penso che "piston land" corrisponda al "colletto" (detto a volte anche "pieno") del pistone mentre "ring belt" corrisponde in sostanza alla zona/fascia a cintura compresa fra il foro di innesto dello spinotto (pin hole) e la sommità (cielo) del pistone nella quale vengono collocate le fasce elastiche ("piston rings") ad anello.
