Or technical cork stoppers. This is not a translation of the term you posted, but of the whole phrase "tapones de corcho aglomerado con arandelas de corcho natural". These are corks which have a body of agglomerated cork (that is, cork granules pressed and glued together, as opposed to "natural cork", which is of one piece) and two disks of natural cork at either end. These disks are the "arandelas".

waves of natural cork
Among the many definitions of "arandela" in the DRAE is this one:
9. f. Mar. Tablero formado de una o dos hojas giratorias alrededor de los cantos horizontales de las portas de los buques, que sirve para cerrar estas e impedir la entrada del agua del mar. En su centro, si el tablero es único, o en la medianía de los cantos libres, si es de dos hojas, tiene sendos rebajos semicirculares que se corresponden y dejan paso justo a la caña del cañón respectivo.
This makes me think of waves of natural cork within the synthetic cork, if that is in fact what they are talking about here.

However, you are translating the whole text, aren't you?, so would need to translate it word for word...
"discs" seems to be the word here, though I haven't checked this against any UK sites, which I use as my Bible!
