Prawna *koncepcja* granicy wymaga liniowej jej delimitacji.
W przypadku granicy rzecznej linia graniczna może być poprowadzona środkiem rzeki, nurtem (talwegiem) lub brzegiem.

Nie bardzo rozumiem, o co chodzi w tym pierwszym zdaniu, nawet nie wiem, czy jest ono niejasno napisane, czy to ja mam jakieś ograniczenia. Dlatego pytam o "koncepcję". bo tu wybór słowa zależy od sensu zdania. Może ktoś potrafi mi pomóc?
