The appearance of this entonador, which I believe is a colour matcher, is "mate rabioso".

I wouldn't be so agressive, but if it is advertising copy, what do you think of "ravingly matte", o "wildly matte" , or "striking mattes".
By the way, when I read "mate rabioso" I thought there was a mistake, because it is an oxymoron. We usually talk about "colores rabiosos" but not when they are "colores mate",
