I don't know if any such site exists. I think "ouakha" could be written in Arabic letters as "وخا". I would be happy to help you transliterate specific words. Good luck

by the way, can you refer me, if there's any, to a website where i can find guidelines for arabic-english transliteration, i mean, which arabic letters correspond to english sounds, e.g. like "ou" or "kh" in ouakha (i'm familiar with arabic letter - learned to read the Qoran - but knowing the rules of translitetarion would be rather helpful. thanx
