Arabic to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature

The two - Thami and Nelson –, after they had majoun and tea, are now very high indeed, and a long passage - of unrelated thoughts and utterances - follows. Since Thami is Arab, some of these are Arabic (although the text is English, and I’m translating to Turkish, so I hope to get your help)

First, inside Thami’s head, goes a flow of thought, and he “…began to sing in a small voice… ‘Ijbed selkha men rasou…’” in the meanwhile there’s an empty imaginary house (imaginary, because it’s all in Thami’s head) which starts to crumble down, and there’s a fire, and “…the falling of the house is absolutely silent, like a film that goes on running after the sound apparatus has broken. ‘Bache idaoui sebbatou…’ The carpet catches on fire, too… (then comes a small interval – the American friend says something) “…But Thami was not paying attention; already he was back in his own pleasure pavilion. ‘Chta! Chta! Sebbatou aând al qadi!’”

I don’t know if the two lines or expressions are related. The first appears to be from a song, the second, I’m not sure

(considering I’m translating the text to Turkish, can you pls put the Arabic originals too, so I can use them for the Turkish transcription?)
