Accordingly, l would suggest: 1. Federation of Business and Industrial Firm Owners or 2. Federation of Entrepreneurs and (Small) Industry Owners Emandan's rendition would be fine, but the original text seems to lack the usual Arabic term (ghurf = غرف ) for "chambers" (of commerce and industry, etc.) which customarily appears in a formal name of such organizations.
