Le premier chantier vise l’élaboration d’une cartographie des métiers. Toute ingénierie adopte une double-vision :
· une vision de business ou de projet ;
· une vision métier.
Cette dernière peut s’exprimer de manière différente selon les ingénieries, les procédés et systèmes mis en œuvre étant distincts. Par conséquent, une cartographie des métiers de l’ensemble des entités a été élaborée afin d’obtenir une correspondance entre les tâches exercées par un ingénieur de sureté, selon qu’il appartienne à XXX, YY ou ZZ.
I'm not quite sure whether this means they are concentrating on the jobs or the skills or both. What they seem to be aiming at is maximising the skillls available to them.
And I would really like the term used in management circles for this.
I have thought of "skills map", but am not really happy with that as it doesn't seem to include the "job" part.

It is a "mapping" (table of correspondences) rather than a "map", but those who are more pictorially than mathematically inclined think it must need a fancy graphic.
Although one of the many senses of "job" does correspond to métier here, the too-many other senses make it unlikely that "job mapping" would get the right meaning across.
