During the last couple of weeks, xxx & the xxxx management attended the Contractor Tool Box Talks to discuss safety issues on site, pre-task planning (APV’s) and get feedback from the craft workers on “what’s working” & “what’s missing” on site.
- Is anyone familiar with the expression "Tool Box Talks"?Is there a specific Danish word you would use for this kind of talks with the employees? "Medarbejdersamtaler" is very commonly used, but those are normally about the employees themselves and not about the company and in this case the safety.
