Hi,
This is a Mexican legal document. I know colonia is supposed to be a district/development but cannot find anything for renotificación. Is this a Mexican term and if so what is it?
Context 1:
bien inmueble ubicado en lote X-B del lote de terreno subdividido marcado con el 8 sección 3 en la colonia renotificación XXXXX, Puerto Vallarta,
Context 2:
el acuerdo de autorización de renotificación del inmueble

IMO it should read relotificacion (MEX) which is the action of (re)dividing a parcel into lots, reallocating the lots

I think the word 'renotificacion', here is used without a space; in other words is written in a form of speech. It should be re-notificacón or even re: notificación, I believe.
Example sentence:
Re-notification regarding your project/case/light bill etc
