Spanish term

vientos con

Spanish to English Other Construction / Civil Engineering
This is a Mexican document and my last question ..thank you for your patience.. I usually don't to these translations. I'm having trouble figuring out the "todos estos vientos con"

Specifically are 'vientos' sides and what does the 'con' indicate? towards?

the text:
AL NOROESTE en XX.XXm. más XX.XXm. , todos estos vientos con Rinconada las Caracolas

Gracias!!

boundaries separating the property from ...

... the property known as Rincinada....

Your 'vientos' are what we call 'deslindes' (or 'deslindes especiales') in Chile.
