Se trata de la terminación de la fachada de un edificio. No logro encontrar el equivalente para "abuzardado". Parece ser una terminación rústica, que se aplica al ladrillo pero también a los pétreos (concreto y mármol).

I think, that the spanish word 'abuzardado', is mispelt and, should be abujardado; in this case it means using a rough finish/ natural finish instead of a polished finish to the materials.
