Can anyone give me a translation of this sentence, please?

温度領域 probably does not refer to the area where the temperature is high, but in general the temperature range.

I meant 'height of temperature'. I guess your translation is OK.

I don't htink so; there is no "height" mentioned- I thought the translation might be "The center part has a high density in an area where the pre-cited base substrate material temperature is high.

The centre part density is proportionate to the temperature of the earlier-mentioned base material

I like Peter Arnout's answer. The phrase "高い領域ほど”implies that when the base material temperature rise, the density of the centre part will also rise.

I do not think proportionality is included- just occurrence. Proportionality implies some causality which I don't think exists
