I assumed that this would be "honour roll" however, when I checked Sahnurst's webside, I the only thing I found that was even close to that was "roll of honour" which is a list of people who gave up their lives in battle....
I need this to be the same terminology that is actually used at Sanhurst

Asker: The problem is that this is listed on their website as being a list of people who have died, and the person that this refers to is already alive, so its got to be something else.

sword of honour


Explanation:
As a translation i prefer roll of honour (but this is used at Sandhurst as a list of those officers killed ) however the best candidate on each course is awarded the sword of honour this may fit in the context you want
