大陸移動説（theory of continental drift）①<br />『地球上の各大陸が、地質時代を通じて大規模な移動を行ない、相対位置を変えてきたという説。1912年にウェーゲナーは大西洋両海岸線の相似性、古気候学、古生物学などの根拠にもとづき、各大陸は中生代まで1つの巨大大陸をなしており、その後に分裂、移動して今日の形をとったと主張したが、移動を可能にする物理的機構が不十分なため、一般には否定された。1950年以後、古地磁気学の研究結果を説明するために、大陸が移動するという考えが復活し、海洋底拡大説を経てプレートテクトニクスとして統一された。大陸移動の機構についてはマントル対流説などが提唱されている。』

Всё это теперь называется ХБП - хронической болезнью почек (CKD, chronic kidney disease), с соответствующим стадированием. Поэтому к переводу, предложенному Андреем, я сделал бы ремарку, что chronic kidney insufficiency - это outdated classification. |
| Спасибо за комментарий, согласен, но ведь там и хроническая почечная недостаточность и ХБП. Так или иначе их надо разграничить, раз уж так написали в исходнике. А вообще, конечно, как я и написал - CKD |

| We'll cross that bridge when we'll come to it :). I am not arguing with you Evgeny. I think that insufficiency is a very good and descriptive term. And I am going to hold on to it for as long as I can. For example, MV prolapse is not really a disease. Many people live with it without any problems. But the heart is pumping insufficient stroke volume. It's a very precise definition and most if not all MD's know exactly what you are talking about. |
