Absolument ! Les 2 qualifient le logiciel, sinon qu'est qui peut "deliver truly stunning visual effects" à part le logiciel?

Mon seul doute est l'absence de "s" à "combine" mais ca peut être du à la nature sing/pluriel du mot "software"

Assuming that this and the following question (display) relate to the same passage of text, it seems to me:
(a) that the overlay and the software are two separate things; together they produce extraordinary results using ordinary displays (monitors);
(b) the overlay might very well be a physical add-on for the monitors (in form, probably rather like anti-static filters), with some special optical properties.
