English to Russian Bus/Financial Accounting contract price and payment

The Customer makes advance payments to the Contractor for mobilization. The Customer shall issue an Interim Payment Certificate for the first instalment after the Contractor has delivered the performance security, and a bank guarantee which shall be progressivly reduced by the amount repaid by the Contractor as indicated in Interim Payment Certificates.
