Je cherche une formule élégante... Merci.
"The new spa will also be featured on our two newest ships, ***which we’ll christen simultaneously*** in June 2009 –I hope you will have the opportunity to experience them yourself!"

que nous baptiseront de conserve
D'après le Larousse, Litt. Conjointement, ensemble.

: no idea if this is right or wrong, but made me laugh, as I imagined some floral be-hatted lady smashing a jar of rhubarb jam over the bow of the SS France

Just a thought, for the sake of variety.
Your comments will help me learn!
(I like the image of 2 great ships sliding down the slipway side by side, even though that almost certainly wouldn't actually be the case!)

Yes, of course you're right, and I'd even be surprised if they were being built in the same shipyard; I imagine they simply mean that the ships will be launched at around the same date, whatever side of the world they happen to be on.

Their size might make that difficult, but I like the idea... |
