hi, according to google translate it is a counterweight list
Example sentence:
counterweight list - A breakdown of the contents of the packages is listed by weight.

The bill of lading/waybill usually specifies weight as part of the description of the goods.
When I worked in the transport office of Ideal Standard the weight of the goods was part of the bill of lading as we needed to know the weight in order to not overload the vehicle.

: Is OK for a shipment, but does the question not relate to a vehicle? It is up to the asker to tell us, but packages suggests transport by air, rail or road rather than by ship (at least nowadays).

I see no reference to what it refers to apart from the use of the word 'colli' i.e. packages.
