This sentence leads off a section about KGB methodology

Does this mean something like "Now, next is on what everything can rise or fall"?

In a strict hierarchy of KGB the subordinate rank members would not dare even to think about framing Suslov, he was to high. Here obviously they plan to implicate the CIA with something dirty of their own deeds .

What I believe is- that KGB would use the words no one would be able to translate. All of dictionaries I have (including the best on the subject-Dal) mention the existence of "выдюжить" only without any example sentence.

There is no additional expression in this Russian proverb as"strong wolf", the wolf in there is a murderer, not a body-builder. "Черёд"- is not a "turn", but one of the variations suggested, the rest-is a rejection. They are trying to figure out something

Well, the text (really a collection of notebooks about KGB activity during the Cold War) is divided into 7 volumes, and this begins the last one. Immediately after this introductory sentence another paragraph begins with yet another example of KGB operations, in this case trying to discredit the CIA by sending anonymous letters alleging CIA misdeeds.

I'm reading this the same way as George, and I'd put it like this: "Now it's xxx's turn, whatever you got -- he'll take the hit / the fall for it." But it may be about something else entirely. Gary, could you give us a bit more context?

По-моему, там опечатка, т.е., мягкий знак лишний и дефис вместо тире.
"Теперь черед за серым, на него все можно валить - выдюжит."
Кто такой "серый", я не понимаю. Надеюсь, это ясно из контекста.

цвет зайца, цвет мыши и т.п. Что такое voliapuka, извините, не знаю//Насчет ignorance - помотрите в словаре, как воляпюк по-русски пишется (хотя причем тут он?), а заодно и значение "выдюжить".

"серый" -is a nickname of a wolf; "валить" - to attach; "выдюжить" - to blame. The the explaination of a shepard-liar: the loss of a sheep is always attributed to a wolf appearance.

2) выдюжить - вывалить (?) - I have only a small Russian dictionary and even this one put a question mark at the end. So, there could be two things:
1) the author has invented the meaning of "вывалить";
2) the sign of softening should be absent, then it would be "he will sustain any kind of weight".
I myself, I would rather accept the author's invention and would believe a little dictionary without a reference.
