Japanese term

浪花節的な人間関係

Japanese to English Other Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
浪花節的:

義理人情を考えや行動の中心におく、通俗的で古風なさま。
「―な人間関係」

pretty straight forward, though I can't come up with a good fit.

Proposed translations

chivalrous relationship

As you found, chivalry is the closest word. I don't think 義理人情etc does not need to be expressed.

old-fashioned/traditional

I think 'chivalrous' is also good, but 'old-fashioned' might be a bit more common...?
Note from asker:
old-fashioned chivalry, maybe?

traditional and unbusinesslike Japanese human relationship

Yes it is quite straightforward, but I don't think there is one simple way to say it.
My answer is one starting point to suggest you a right direction, as you already know, chivalry is nothing to do with 浪花節.
