Although already in the glossaries as 'unilateral obbligation', I wondered if it is the correct term in this context:

E stato firmato l'atto d'obbligo, successivamente alla chiusura della Conferenza dei servizi per l'approvazione dei progetti delle opere, relativo al programma del Comune di XXX, ex articolo...., che provede l'edificazione di circa .....metri cubi a destinazione residenziale su terreni di nostra proprieta.

From this definition, it seems that the unilateral part is implicit. In the other Kudoz, the word unilaterale was included in the Italian whereas here it isn't.
