Takdin - Supreme Court Rulings
These are law reports that are accessible electronically - both on-line and on CD Rom. - see: http://takdin.co.il/Default.aspx
The letters stand for תקדין עליון which I usually translate as "Takdin - Supreme Court Rulings", since "Takdin" is essentially the name of a publication. I don't think that there is an official method for citing these reports in English, but I could be wrong, and if anyone knows of an official citation method in English, I'd be more than happy to hear it.
You will also see תק-מח and תק-של - both of which refer to Takdin, one for the District Court and the other for the Local Court.

I just saw that your question included some other acronyms, so here goes:
ע"פ - ערעור פלילי - Criminal Appeal (I usually abbreviate to "Crim. App.")
I think that פד"נ and דנ"פ both stand for the same thing - דיון נוסף, פלילי - Further Criminal Hearing.
