The following is a basic analysis of the 2008 SAP malfunction catalogue for Airgas and bulk CO2 installations. Results are based on reports that have at least the problem code completed. Data that does not have the problem code completed have been eliminated from the analysis. This leaves 3693 reports for all of 2008.

The top five malfunction items reported (in order) are Teleflo Diva, Liquid Valve, Pressure Regulator, Safety Relief Valve, and Burst Disk. CO2 installations were included in the same analysis, so the result includes failures for CO2 installations as well. The only notable difference is the malfunction item “Frigio-Group”, which is the Refrigeration System on the CO2 vessel. In 2008 there were 37 notifications generated involving the refrigeration system.
