Depending on the amount of returns the cost would have to be added Explanation: You do not give much context so it is diddicult to say for sure, but as you nention it has to do with sending goods, I imagine some of them get returned. I believe they are saying that posting/transportation costs for returned goods (which I guess they pay for) will have to be added (maybe to their prices) depnding on the exact amount of returns they get. |
