Seller and Buyer shall each maintain a policy of general liability insurance, covering injuries both to persons (including, without limitation, death) and property, and containing a broad form of contractual liability endorsement covering their respective obligations under all indemnification provisions in this Agreement, to the extent insurable, with coverage limits not less than [$xxx] on a per occurrence basis, with an excess liability policy (umbrella form) with no less than [$xxx] ($xxx per occurrence) coverage.
