The misterious M. I don't think it's an error because I have the original file scanned in PDF format.. this phrase is in a box, and the box before this one has the phrase "betrokken partijen" in it, so I thought this one referred to the beginning of a new paragraph as well... However, one of the parties' surname begins with M, do you think Icould translate it "transferred to M", where M actually refers to that party (even though I'm not going to write it)?

Is M. just the letter or the full name? If M. is written like this in your original file, you should consider the possibility that there is not supposed to be a title or new paragraph at all. This is the sort of thing that happens with Auto text or Auto Lay-out/Formatting in Word.
Other than that, I think you're safe if you translate 'overmaken' with 'transfer'.
