仕様書の数値の妥当性確認を行った後で、妥当性が確認されたデータを、ｾﾙ性能検査基準という文書に記載する（＝落とし込む)ということではないでしょうか？
つまり、何らかのアクションを行った結果を、文書などに反映させてその後の業務で活用していくということでは？
以下のような表現で、社内でもよくこの表現を使います。
Have factors contributing to major quality problems been duly analyzed and fed back to rules for prevention of recurrence, and been reflected in the next model? (主要な品質問題について要因分析を適切に行ない、再発防止について基準に落とし込み次期商品へ反映されているか）
feed back to the specification はどうでしょう？
