Romanian term

a purta asupra

Discussion

Norishor (asker) Jul 1, 2009:
in romana este 'sa poarte'
MMUK (X) Jul 1, 2009:
Norishor (asker) Jul 1, 2009:
Intr-adevar, asa vad si eu lucrurile. Din pacate, aceasta solutie tot nu-mi rezolva problema.
Radu DANAILA Jul 1, 2009:
is not subject to any Cred ca "is not subject to any ..." traduce mai curand expresia "nu exista nici un ...", iar nu sintagma despre care ne intreaba Norishor.

(the land) is free of (charges and restrictions placed on the Title Register ...)

In legatura cu restul contextului... "sa poarte" trebuie incorporat in traducere, nu il putem izola.
In fine, puse cap la cap, as traduce:

"the land/the property is free from any charges and restrictions that might be placed on the Title Register and is not subject of any repossession proceedings".

Example sentence:

the land/the property is free from any charges and restrictions that might be placed on the title register and is not subject of any repossession proceedings

Note from asker:
Multumesc foarte mult pentru explicatii. Si eu am ales pana la urma 'the property is not subject to any litigation".
