You can configure the phone using any web browser to access the internal web server of the gateway via the web user interface:

Depende del cliente.
Hay términos que a mi particularmente me gusta dejarlos en inglés, máximo se pone su explicación entre paréntesis la primera vez que aparece. En muchos textos parece también como pasarela, puerta de enlace, etc.
Pero todos lo conocen como Gateway.
Lo mismo sucede como otros términos como backhaul, etc.
