The body of the (product name) 10/11mm trocar sleeve has a built in sliding gasket with 5mm and 10/11mm “step – downs” to seal around endscopic instruments.The 10/12mm trocar sleeve has a similiar gasket with 5mm and 10/12mm “step-downs”.

Step-down gaskets
Both the 10/12mm and 10/11mm (product name) sleeve handle have a sliding step-down that sizes the sleeve opening for instruments with outer diameters of 10/12mm or 5mm, and 10/11mm or 5mm, respectively (see Figure 3).
