decorative e-mail

As in Joyce posted answer, it is called "decoration mail" in Japanese. But I wonder, if this is meant to be read by English speakers, then "mail" might be better translated as "e-mail"
because Japanese people mean "e-mail" whey they say "mail" as they use Japanese word for meaning "mail" or "post."

"Decoration mail"

Decoration mail is not a widely recognised English term and needs to be put in quotes with an explanation for people who are not familiar with the Japanese term. See the reference below which shows this use.
