Professional I.D. xxxx issued by the National Judicial Council
I wanted to make this small observation for future cases. In Colombia T.P. stands for Tarjeta Profesional. It has nothing to do with diplomas. Lawyers must sign all their proceedings using the Professional I.D. granted by the Consejo Superior de la Judicatura which is the National Judicial Council, not the Supreme Court.
