Russian term

в производстве специализированной юридической консультации имеется поручение

Russian to English Law/Patents Law (general)
В основном, интересует "в производстве", т.к. это же не суд.
Спасибо заранее.

Yuri Zhukov Mar 11, 2010:
В производстве Это плохо звучит по-русски. Правильно: "при предоставлении юридической консультации" - while giving legal counseling services to ...
Yuliya UA Mar 10, 2010:
Может, пригодится: "assigned to defend" http://www.google.com.ua/search?hl=ru&q="assigned to defend"...
Alexandra Taggart Mar 10, 2010:
that is the language of "Sovok",Angela "in the current practice of...on the instructions"

handle

наверно handle. The specialized legal aid agency handles a request (instruction, order)
Peer comment(s):

neutral Olga Cartlidge : In the UK people who qualify 4 legal aid are on low income so Multiran is wrong (agree with "instructions" - "the law firm has been instructed 2 represent the client (in this case)" / is handling the case on the clients behalf / acting on his instructions

Thanks for your comment. The question was about "производство", not so much about the agency name:) I found this term in multitran http://www.multitran.ru/c/m.exe?t=887786_1_2 but it seems to be wrong.

....is being processed....

Suits many occasions covering a variety of notions.
Note from asker:
Many thanks, Oleg!
Peer comment(s):

neutral Olga Cartlidge : Law frims do not process cases, they deal with them or handle them, they can prosecute or handle a case or in common parlance - be on the case.
