Rendering the contrary probable as defined in Article 104 of the Patents Act, however, is applicable not only exclusively against the legal presumption substantiating the necessity of protecting the Plaintiffs’ rights deserving special appreciation defined in this provision but also against the infringement of right as rendered probable or against the other conditions of the order.

Artículo 104. Salvaguardia de aplicación de otras disposiciones legales.
Lo dispuesto en el presente Título se entenderá sin perjuicio de cualesquiera otras disposiciones legales tales como las relativas a los derechos de patente, marcas, competencia desleal, secretos comerciales, protección de productos semiconductores o derecho de obligaciones.

prueba en contrario como se define en el art. 104 de la Ley de Patentes......(leer el párrafo adjunto de la Ley de Patentes)
Entiendo que es lo que quiere decir el punto 3) del 104, el propio juez debe solicitar esa prueba, en favor de la parte que así solicita
