First, the context you provided is not enough, I searched a little and found the original source so that I can understand the context.

The idea is about Towing (A car towing a trailer).

When talking about the nose alone, it means the front of the vehicle or the airplane. But Here we are specifically talking about calculating Center of Gravity (CG). As seen in this reference : http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=5873

"S=(BxGa)/A
where
S is noseweight
B is distance from axle centreline to theoretical centre of gravity of the load
Ga is weight of load
A is length of drawbar from coupling centre to axle centreline"

The nose load (nose wheight) is not simply the vehicle's weight, but I don't go "off topic".

Here are some extra resources.

"As stated the centre of gravity should be ahead of the axles but not too far. The nose weight should be about 100kg to 150kg any more would impede the movement of the overrun coupling"

"...where x is the distance measured from the nose of the airplane"

http://www.centennialofflight.gov/essay/Theories_of_Flight/S...
"Likewise, if the center of gravity is moved forward toward the nose too far, the pilot will not be able to generate enough force on the tail to raise the angle of attack to achieve the maximum lift coefficient"

http://salesmanual.deere.com/sales/salesmanual/en_NA/tractor...
"Do not transport nose or rear heavy tractors for extended distances without adjusting ballast to balance out the load"

Needless to say, this term is not used literally in Arabic.

But, this might help :
